This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Herr Huspresident, Only one and a half year left to next election, but the government is broken and we need to form a new one ASAP. This is the simplest solution I see feasible - just replace NHR with A. If the parties included here are not satisfied, I urge them to straight away make their own proposals.
