MessageMr. Speaker,

Tax cuts for the higher end of the income scale while for those earning >1,000 there is an increase of up to 3%-8%. In contrast, the >20,000 category will receive a tax cut of 28%. RCP have the wrong priorities and only care about the wealthy.
