MessageIt’s interesting how the National Conservative Party is attempting to claim the prime-ministership for itself despite not even being the largest party in the coalition.

MessageIt's interesting now that we claim it? What about when we were the largest party and the NUP took the Prime Ministry? Is it now only interesting when it is politically convenient to sow distrust among our coalition, or did it just slip your mind last time?

MessageAny dissent sown in your coalition by our legitimate questioning of your motives is hardly our fault. As it stands, it seems you have nothing to worry about.

As for Prime Minister Khan’s continued service despite NCP dominance in the last coalition, our assumption was that arrangement was made for continuity of the current leadership, so we said nothing at the time. This time was significantly more “interesting” than last time as there is no clear reason why the NCP should control the role now. However, as your partners have agreed to it, we shall take this interest no further. Perhaps next time instead of making accusations of us acting out of political convenience, you can explain your reasons and motives.

-Eric Lawrence MP, Leader of the Progress Party—The Greens, Leader of the Opposition
