| To the National Cooperation Council and National Union, We are making the first steps in Rildanorian self sufficiency, and our stance on the world stage. The satellite, Jozefus 1, shall serve as an experimental satellite as the first steps in space travel, and aerospace capabilities. This satellite will have the namesake of our first monarch, Kamadev Jozefus, as a remembrance of how he united the Rildanorian peoples to a future yet unseen.
