Description[?]:
The Republic of Valruzia revokes all relations with the State of Rildanor. All diplomatic relations with the State of Rildanor from now on shall be deemed as non-existent. Ambassador to the State of Rildanor and 5 Consuls shall be immediately called off from their diplomatic missions. All actives of the private and public economic entities from the State of Rildanor residing on the territory of the Republic shall be frozen. All assets of the private and public economic entities of the State of Rildanor passing through the Republic of Valruzia shall be detained and confiscated. The Republic of Valruzia revokes its recognition for the Government of the State of Rildanor and from now on shall refrain from cooperation with the State of Rildanor within the frames of the Seleyan Union, North Seleyan Economic Community and the Council of Seleya.
