Message | Mr. Speaker, this proposal offers a slightly better plan than the previous plan proposed by the DSPR, we are willing to support most of what this proposes however we maintain that should the income tax be extended to lower incomes at a reduced rate as suggested in this bill without raising the top tax rate above 35%, therefore we shall release an alternative tax plan to the Peoples Assembly Whig Finance Spokesman - Phillip Barnhill -Former Minister of Finance |
