Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4321

Description[?]:

OOC: This RP will require the participation of all sides and on the start, I highlight that it will be a very long RP and a work-consuming one as well. But if succeeded it will greatly improve the position of Valruzia in both economic and political way. Military and Economic rankings will be updated on April 27th '18, and I will surely send a notice to the Moderation that Valruzia is aiming at increasing its position. With this RP I would like for the first time start a proper campaign in order to elect Valruzia for the SC.

IC:

Mr. President, Mr. Marshall of the Sejm, Mr. Marshall of the Senate, Distinguished Deputies to the Sejm and Senate of the Republic of Valruzia,

The Government of the Republic of Valruzia officially launches its campaign aimed at the promotion of Valruzia as a responsible member of the International Community capable and willing to contribute to the world peace and peacebuilding process. Valruzia in recent years showed that it is capable of bringing responsibility on its shoulders with its active participation in the military intervention in Hulstria and Ostland and humanitarian efforts to provide stability for the region plunged by conflict and destroyed by the inhumane policies of imperialistic and totalitarian ambitions of another State. Valruzia was one of the first Members of the World Congress to raise its concerns about the humanitarian situation in the State of Rildanor and urged the international community to act. Valruzia, in fact, was the first country to act against the horrific purges carried out on over 100.000 civilians in Rildanor, with the Valruzian Parliament enacting declaration condemning the situation and the government, and the President of Valruzia signing a decree revoking all ties with Rildanor, as a sign of respect toward Nowogard Declaration on Condemnation of Communist and Fascist Regimes which Valruzia is a signatory of. Infringement of the human rights and democracy in Rildanor are treated in Valruzia with the gravest seriousness and forced the Government to withdraw its recognition for the government and freeze all assets of the private and public economic entities in Valruzia. Actions of the Republic of Valruzia should set an example for other Countries and that's why the Government of the Republic is enacting this strategy of promotion of Valruzia as a valid choice for the Security Council. We will begin with consultations with our neighbors in the continent and overseas, then we will analyze the achievements of the incumbent members of the Security Council with the special attention paid to the achievements of the current representative of the Seleyan continent in the SC - Baltusia. The final stage of the strategy is the active promotion of Valruzia and seeking support in its bid for acquiring a seat in the Security Council.

Thank You,
Jakub Polaniecki,
Prime Minister of Valruzia.
