| Mr. Chairman, Two of the most notorious tyrants in Terra, the Papez of the Terran Patrarchal Church and the Czar of Deltaria, are backing an "Anti-Communist League", with the objective of persecuting Communists. They have also established a paramilitary wing of this organisation called the "Iron League", with the express objective of "stamping out communism where legally allowed to". As all State Councillors should not be aware, there has been a wave of anti-communist hatred across Terra, with communists being attacked, persecuted and killed in Dalibor, Deltaria, Rildanor and other places. Regardless of our individual political views, this is an attack on human rights, and it has got to be taken seriously. This bill therefore proposed that the Anti-Communist League, the Iron Legion and all organisations affiliated to these groups should be banned in Dorvik. Anti-communist oppression should not be brought to Dorvik, and nor should these organisations be able to come to Dorvik in order to promote and organise such activities here.
