| This bill's goal is to explore, understand and explain the origin and nature of life in the universe. To apply the knowledge gained to inspire and guide present and future generations. The Space Exploration Agency (here to referred to as SEA) will fall under military juristiction, while working with civilian contractors and scientist to: A) Construct a radio antentia array to explore the fatherest reaches of space as well as recieve any messages (if they exist) from extraterrestial sources. B) Construct a satilite to orbit the the planet, acting as both an eye in the sky and provide the opprotunity to detect near planetry objects. C) Construct a craft capable of near planetry space travel, to test the effects of zero gravity on peoples and objects, to gain a better understanding of the enviroment space will provide, so as to be better prepared to explore it's reaches. Funding for projects will be placed under military budget operations, and all data aquired will be for Cheif Commander to determ as to what should be made public for education purposes, and what will be with-held, for security purposes. These are the first three steps, that if approved, and provided successful will give the Holy Luthori Empire a distinct edge in exploration, of which some of the greatest achievements of human kind have been achieved.
