| Message | We don’t view the second article as an intrusion upon rights, it would simply mean a lot more crimes are solved a lot more quickly as the police can gain conclusive evidence. Article 4 isn’t archaic, we are against anarchy. We believe that duelling is an ancient tradition that can solve civil disputes unofficially. We propose to regulate it so that it isn’t overly violent and doesn’t result in harm. |
