Message | The Rexerians welcome those seeking residency in our great nation, and all the cultures and customs they bring. We do, however, ask that they come to this country in a way that conforms to the laws that have been set in place to accomodate immigration. We have no tolerance for those who enter illegally. However, we seek assurances that searches of the homes of Zardugali citizens be performed only after a thorough review of the facts of the case, and the issuance of a warrant on the premises by a federal judge with jurisdication over the Prefect in which the search takes place. We view warrantless searches of private homes of citizens a greater evil than unlawful immigration. If we can be assured that property rights of citizens will be violated only after a thorough review by the courts, we will support this measure. |

Message | The Rexerians may rest easy as the law books of Zardugal already contain measures ensuring due process in regards to search and seizure. |
