Old value:: Abortion policies are established by local governments
Current: All abortions are illegal.
Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters.

Old value:: The government leaves the funding for abortions up to the local governments.
Current: The government does not provide funding for abortions.
Proposed: The government provides abortion funding only for low-income earners.

Old value:: Campaigns are never publicly financed.
Current: All candidates receive public funds, and can still accept donations.
Proposed: All candidates receive public funds but are not allowed to accept donations.
