| The Reform Party proposes to this House that we should remove the Turjak names given to Provinces during the military junta last decade. Thus, this act will see the repealing of the Local Government Reform Act (4314). We wish to remind the President and Prime Minister that their party voted against the Local Government Reform Act, and would hope that they would support the return to pre-Turjak names. We propose the current region names are changed as follows: Necid → al-Najd Mosaviye → Mossavi Tzolis → Seshold Şifinë → Shifinë (anglicised version: Siphina) We also propose the change of these cities names, as follows: Kürşat → Kursi Malsarayı → Malah Ammopolis → Ammopoli Kalipolis → Dobargrad Echezos → Ishkiziartzoupolin Ouranios → Oraman Zanthos → Zantos Vlorinë → Cãsãbã The Reform Party hopes the house will support this act for the greater good of Kalopia. We are keen to point out that we are in favour of returning the name Al-Najd to its proper place, despite it coming from the Majatran language. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to abstention from the now defunct KSK, the House was unable to achieve a 2/3 majority that is needed. We urge members to support this act again, in order to carry out the de-Turjakising of city names in Kalopia. |
