Current: The sale of tobacco products is regulated by local governments

Message | Good bill. I believe that all drugs should be legalized, but smoking harms the environment and all people in the vicinity of a smoker, not just the individual. Although individuals should have the freedom to do things to their body, they should not be allowed to harm others. I agree with this bill. |
