Bill: National Government Proposal of July 2062

Details

Submitted by[?]: United Liberal Alliance

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2063

Description[?]:

We propose a national government consisting of all major parties from the left and the right and the centre in Telamon to provide balance. We concede that the electorate appears to want SOME change so we are proposing a TCP led government (as they are the second largest party) with control over all internal affairs. As we retain the Prime Ministership and are the largest party we would like to reserve Defence and Foreign Policy to the PM to enable him to do his job.
