| Message | We certainly are not regulating what people do in their bedrooms. We are not simply preventing homosexuals from adopting children, because we are preventing anyone not able to provide a stable maternal-paternal environment for a child from adopting a child. We are not stopping homosexuals from having surrogates, because then they will have a complimentary maternal or paternal figure that we can encourage.
