Message | This is a dangerous and insane proposal. Allowing the murder of children with beating hearts is barbaric and inhumane, while euthanasia results in the terminally ill being pressured to kill themselves by greedy relatives. Message | Ms.Stromberg, This is neither a Dangerous nor an Insane Proposal,This is all about giving our citizens the liberty to do what they want with their body,The Woman has the right to decide if she wants the child or not,And the Government doesn't have the right to intervene. And as for the Case of Euthanasia,The Bill actually does state that the Doctor Treating the Patient should consent to it,And therefore we are not of the belief that people could be pressurised to kill themselves |

Date | 11:16:59, December 25, 2017 CET | From | Grüne Demokratische Partei | To | Debating the Liberal Party Policy on Abortion and Euthanasia |
Message | Mr Weber What about the right of the unborn? It is not simply a woman and a clump of cells, it's a woman and a child by the second trimester! Even with a treating doctor consenting, family members can pressure elderly relatives into this kind of thing. The Doctors who do this want patients to kill themselves, because they're getting payed to murder the ill. Doctors should help the ill, not murder them. Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
