Mr.Speaker, It is perfectly understandable that Dorvik,as a Highly Developed Nation has a Low Birth Rate and a Larger Number of Elderly People due to advancements in Medical Technology and we do know that it is resulting in Labour Shortage,Which we are already able to satisfy through the Immigration of Skilled Workers and Therefore we do not believe that the Government needs to Encourage Population Growth as it is frankly a Waste of Time And Resources for the Government.
