Bill: Substanzenregulierungsreform, 4324
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberale Volkspartei
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4324
Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, prohibition has never worked for alcohol, and it is not plausible to assume that it will in the case of recreational drugs. In the light of this fact and the principle of individual freedom, I ask the Diet to lift the current blanket ban and allow for the legalisation of cannabis. Should this bill pass, the Ministry of Health would be well advised to thoroughly study the outcome and assess whether its provisions may safely be extended to other drugs as well. Christina von Track, MdR (LVP - Marchau-Ettenheim) Justice spokeswoman |
Proposals
Article 1
