MessageWe support. Might we ask which provisions of the treaty the PPH object to?

MessageWe do not agree with the time limit of 18 months of arbitration. We believe that this may lead to foreign investors trying to circumvent the Hobrazian court system. The PPH agreed with many provisions in this treaty. Therefore in light of broad agreement of the KPH and FCA we will support this treaty. Clearly the majority of the Boardroom are in support and we will not use our vote to veto the will of the Hobrazian people.
