| Paramilitaries are broadly defined and have their place in modern societies as National Guard, Police SWAT teams, Youth Military Cadet Organizations, Border Guards, Secret Service and so on. Where paramilitaries do not belong is within the representation of specific political parties or movements. The intent of this Bill is to make illegal paramilitary groups maintained, trained or used by individual political parties or a group of political parties within Solentia. Political parties within Solentia would also be disallowed from individually or grouping up to maintain, train or use paramilitaries outside of Solentia's borders. Paramilitary organizations which represent all political parties broadly and generally would be legal. |
