Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, it is not my place as a politician to walk around and think I know the children better than their own parents. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco can be an important part of reaching maturity, and parents know best when their kids are mature enough for this, which can vary a lot from youngster to youngster. Besides this: consider the problems of not being able to send your kid to buy a couple of beers or a package of cigarettes when you have to work, that most normal people can experience.
