| Welfare a system needed by many, a system used by many. However in modern day Kazulia the system is expolited by many. People say no to a job only beacuse they are lazy ang get Welfare instead. I propose this, ANY citizen of Kazulia that declines job when having no job should not be excpected to get welfare. Any Kazulian declining a chance to help Kazulia and get money for it should not excpect to get welfare. In this way the system cant be exploited. And if you think logical the already low unemployment will become even lower in this great country. |
