| Level 1 Sub-Divisions :: Administrative Territories ("Regions") (1) Dolgavia will be divided into 5 primary Administrative Territories, these 5 Administrative Territories are to be lead by an appointed "Hauptkommissar" (Head Commissioner) with an elected "Landesrat" (Land Council) composed of 100 members to be elected alongside national elections. (2) Operation and conduct of the Administrative Territories will be up to the "Verwaltungsgebiet Regierung" (Administrative Territory Government) which is headed by the "Hauptkommissar" (Head Commissioner) and the people are represented by the "Landesrat" (Land Council). Level 2 Sub-Divisions :: Districts Level 3 Sub-Divisions :: Municipalities (1) Districts will be divided into municipalities, given they meet the requirements set forth by the Ministry of the Interior and the Office of Administration and the approval of the General-Plenipotentiary for Administration. (2) Municipalities with either be classified as "Stadt" (City) with an elected "Bürgermeister" (Mayor) and an elected "Stadtrat" (City Council) or as a "Hauptstadt" (Head City) with an elected "Oberbürgermeister" (Head Mayor) and an elected "Hauptstadtrat" (Head City Council). The collective administration/government of the municipalities will be known as "Stadtverwaltung" (City Administration/Government) or "Hauptstadtverwaltung" (Head City Administration/Government). |
