| Be it enacted by the Emperor's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of his most loyal servants, in this present Diet assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗘: 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 1. A company known as "Luthori Railways" shall be established under government ownership. 1a. Luthori Railways shall be overseen by a "Luthori Railways Board". 2. All of the railway network and its associated infrastructure within the borders of the Holy Luthori Empire shall be placed under the ownership of Luthori Railways. 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗪𝗢: 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 1. Luthori Railways shall operate the following branches, which shall work with local and regional governments to advise the operations of Luthori Railways and be responsible for the maintainance of the railway network and its associated infrastructure within their areas of operations: 1a.
