MessageOOC: Explanations for the changes are as follows:

"Chancellor" or "Imperial Seal-Bearer" have been used as the title of the head of government for much of Luthori's history. This merges the two into one title.

The "The" in the name of the Imperial Diet results in news articles showing it as "the The Imperial Diet".

Constituency really doesn't make sense as the name for Luthori's regions. I'd like to suggest giving the regions unique titles instead, where one would be a Grand Duchy, another a Duchy, another a Principality, etc.

Right now it's an absolute pain trying to organise governments, and in our current state giving every party the ability to propose a coalition would help that out by a lot.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
