Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Firstly we congratulate Ludoviko Fabio from our allies KSPM on winning the presidential election and we look forward to working closely with him during his term in office. However, given the way the national assembly elections have panned out his first task will be to help parties form a government as soon as possible. Whilst my party has the plurality for the third election running, I am honour bound to do what is best for the country and, therefore, would like to reach out to one of the current opposition parties to work with myself and the KSPM in government. Given the long-standing spat between the Sankta Partio de Renaskigo and the People's Partio, we cannot realistically expect these two parties to work together. See here for evidence (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=550560) So I suggest a government based on which parties voted for which candidate in the Presidential election. Given the People's Partio joined my party in endorsing the KSPM, I therefore propose a cabinet featuring our three parties. This still leaves a healthy opposition to hold the government to account.
