| Since the Ultra Nationalists did not get the opportunity to back this bill, despite announcing their support we will bring it back to vote. Since it did not receive the 2/3 majority postulated previously, we hope that with the longer voting time it will be voted upon by everyone. The Reform Party, recognising the tensions on the Jakanian and Deltarian borders hereby suggests these principles in alignment with what the Ultranationalists originally laid out: 1) All parties shall pledge to work together to maintain national security. All parties will also pledge Kalopian Sovereignty as the number one priority in all conflict. 2) Due to a clash in interests regarding the Jakanian Conflict, the Ultra Nationalists shall be mandated to conduct military operations regarding Jakania, including the amount of troops at the border. They will naturally have to give updates to the President. 3) All parties will attempt to reconcile, and discuss a National Unity Cabinet. 4) All non-essential legislation will be mandated to remain in debate for at least 3 months. 5) Punishment for breaking these regulations shall amount to the disbandment of the guilty party. |

However, it would be expected that Mr Kusturica would continue in his capacity as Prime Minister, and Miss Savas would continue in her capacity as Foreign Minister. This is mainly due to the beginning of the Kalopian-Jakanian Peace Talks that have been arranged by these two members of the Cabinet, and hence I believe their participation is required.
