Details
Submitted by[?]: Félagsleg Demókrati Partí
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4413
Description[?]:
The Endrin Law is a national law formed by Endrin II after the abolishing of the monarchy, in which he specifies that any totalitarian form of government would be punished with different sanctions, and especially with an execution. This law has been running for more than 2500 years and I'm asking you if wer should re-write this law, keep it or throw it away. The laws are explained here: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/The_Endrin_Law (I made it fast, so if you want to update it and make it better, you can). Should we re-wirte it (change the punishments, for example), keep it or throw it away? Give your ideas. |

Message | "I want to make TDP's position on the Edrin law very clear, as a party that advocates democracy in all aspects of society we are of course in favor of the laws principles. However, some changes needs to be done - for example the execution of monarchs, perhaps that was relevante when this country just became a democracy and the threath of totalitarianism was imminent, but we're a diffrent kind of country today. So TDP is in favor of re-writing the law." TDP's chairman James McGregor in a newspaper article OOC: I like the law, and would like to see it implimentet after som changes to the most brutal parts. |

Message | According to each party (including me), the law isn't running anymore by a majority of votes. DPT and SLT had the same opinion and voted yes. 2 votes. Party of Order and Justice, CFU and FCUP voted no. 3 votes. Thanks for your answers. |
