MessageRegarding art. 4 related to Constitutional amendments sec 1; BPP believes that unanimous bills should not limited. If a bill has been unanimously approved by representatives of Beluzia then it must be in general interest of the people. Hence limiting it by number of articles or number of bills must not be exercised.

MessageSo you believe that 4.1 should say "2/3rds passage in 3/5 states for passage in the senate, in addition to 2/3rds passage in the house, shall be necessary for an amendment to the in-game or rp Constitutions, unless the house deems it unanimously expedient.
And that 5.1 should say "if the house of Representatives deems it unanimously necessary, conventional laws may be passed without the consent from the senate."

I would not object to those changes. Anyone have any thoughts about this, or about any other subjects?

MessageYou could look at it as 500 seats because of 100 percent in the 5 states. But really it's based off the state vote percebtage
