Because, my dear collegues, it is useless to say "if you work hard, you will gain a lot" when you are obliged to work like a slave for few crumbs "generously" given by your employers. It is easy to say "work hard" when you can count on a large heritage or you if had the opportunity, through the money of mom and dad, to study into prestigious school to become a professionist. The "hard work" is not the same for a professionist and a low skill worker, the professionist usually can dare to demand an adeguate wage, but a low skill worker cannot but accept the "generosity" of his employers.
