| Why are we creating an social division of our citizen by allowing rich and well founded people to set up gated communities nd keeping other people out. This means that we have a small upper class and a large lower class, greatly divided and splitting the nation. Let's change this law so that only the government has the abbility to set up gated communities. This is only a preservation of rights in case of integration or protection of certain people/religous believes etc. If any private organisation, company, group of people wishes to establish a gated community, they can apply for such to the government. If the government approve such applications the appliers in companionship with the government administrates the gated community. |
