MessageAs we have said before, this proposal goes too far and we cannot support it. We could support the introduction of private cars if we could ensure they were environmentally-friendly only vehicles or even that tax incentives were available to encourage people to use 'green' motor cars.

All this policy will achieve is to turn up the pollution levels in Zardugal and congest our roads with cheap imported petrol engine cars while adversely affecting our extensive and well-subsidised public transport network.
