Description[?]:

Article 1
The Minister of Foreign Affairs is empowered to declare any nation a State Sponsor of Terrorism.

Article 2
The target nation must have acted in a manner which harms or places the lives of another nation's citizens and residents in grave danger.

Article 3
The declaration empowers the Ministry to impose targeted measures (sanctions) on individuals involved in the state sponsorship of terror. These measures may be repealed once the Minister determines that the targeted individual and/or his government no longer sponsor terrorist acts.

Article 4
The Minister is also empowered to impose temporary targeted measures on such nations which last for no longer than one year. The legislature is entitled to review such measures as necessary.
