Can the Honourable Minister for Trade & Industry explain how this is better then letting the Provincal Government regulate alcohol sales? This is currently an important revenue stream for the provinces and municipalities and while we agree that Federal Oversight and regulation is good, this is a matter where we are not sure this would be a true concern for the Federal Government?
