| Members, This is a temporary treaty withdrawal so that we can adjust the current frail Head of State. We will then reinstate the Treaty. We apologise that this bill has to be put in the voting stages quickly, but we hope to add another bill after this one and the electoral term is almost finished. We still encourage debate. |
