We, the KWRF hereby propose the motion that Sir Janus Hartmann III A.S, A.P.S, B.A., B.S be appointed the Speaker of the National Congress as soon as possible, as required by the last line of the election rules, stated here:

Then, the National Congress will vote on a formal motion to appoint the member in question to the Speakership

Hartmann III is a member of the KWRF and a member of the Hartmann political family.
