Description[?]:
Francesco di Nacosia-Rohan, Leader of LP: "Mr Speaker, In the recent years the legal protections for our workers have been simply stamped out, a gift for the employers but a serious degradation of the Rights of our workers. This Country has been for long time a country which respected and protected his hard working citizens, which respected their contribution to the Country, which could live protected by the phantom of the poverty and the exploitation. Also during the 43th century, when the liberist paradigma was the LAW in Istalia, we never reached such level of degradation of the working conditions. But it is for this reason if in this new century the Country is experiencing a visible retourn for leftist parties, because the citizens, the workers, are tired of gift after gift for the privileged, the employers, for the élites, like the recent proposal made by ULD about a regressive taxation, called as "Justice"... Deprecable! We will continue to fight for our workers! We will not let them alone! Never! Thank you" |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Employers should not be taken away their right's as well. While we have always been pro worker we understand that the workers can take advantage of certain situations. We not only have an obligation to protect the rights of the workers but also the rights of the Employer's. The current law is a perfect balance between these two and we therefor are against any change to it. In addition we believe local governments have a better understanding of their regions and the behaviour of their citizens and have full confidence that they have the capability to regulate working hours for their respective regions. Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
