This is taking place in our backyard, and Malivia's actions threaten Luthorian hegemony over southern Artania.

With a two-thirds majority of all players with seats voting in favour of this bill, Luthori shall intervene in the war on the side of Narikaton and Darnussia alongside Dorvik and possibly Hutori. Luthori's part in the war shall be roleplayed by all willing players.
