| This act have three objectives: - To secure full time workers with possibility to meet adequate standard of living; and - To limit unconscientious employers in their exploitation of workers. - The limitation of these employers also ensure morality in the market relations, both to workers and conscience employers. P.S. The minimum wage should be at the level of adequate living. Higher minimum wage would lead to lesser motivation of workers to compete and, subsequently, damage for the employer's business. |
