The communists have as a priority the world of work, and in the detail, the guarantee of dignitous working and living conditions for all workers. This is why the first act of our upcoming government will be a revolutionary change of the working sector. With this initial changes, no one will ever fear to lose his job without a motivation, no one will longer be blackmailed of being fired if they won't accept to be exploited, everyone in Istalia will finally have the opportunity to give to himself and his family a dignitous life with new opportunities!
Of course, these provedements won't have success without another general reform, the economical one, that will assure a strong state in the defence of people against the greedy market interestes.

MessageRiccardo Morelli, Whip of LP:

"Mr Speaker,
let me thanks the collegues of PCI for this bill. LP is ready to support all the article except the 4th, which we would prefer not to change.
Many will accuse all the parties which will support this bill to be all a mass of communists. Maybe for the PCI members this is true (***smiles among the seats***), but consider such a bill as communist would be a very simply and poor analysis.
Because here we are not talking about "communism", we are talking about working rights, dignitous working conditions, protection from exploitation and fairer positions for the workers.
Already we expect harsh critics and first of all we expect the right parties cry for the "wrong made to the employers and the business, but why don't consider what was litterally STOLE to the workers in the last years?

And do not blame LP, or DHI! If the istalians endorsed so massively the PCI, the first veritable metzist party in Istalia since more than decades and voted for a socialist/communist candidat to the presidency, probably it's because istalians showed to be tired of hyperliberalism, of gift to the privileged, of this liberist individualism which pushed for extreme social stratifications, for stamping out any form of social security, which litterarly doesn't care of the common man, left alone to succumb to the prevarication of those who, thanks to their privileged economic positions, can profit on the skin of the workers.

The right always talk about the free market and the "invisible hand" that will solve all the istalian problems... but a free market, a fair competitive market, cannot be really FAIR if all the actors involved are not in the same dealing positions. The employers, the privileged, the business, can protect themself alone thanks to their economic possibilities, but the common man?
We are not beast, we are not into the jungle, we are human, and what kind of human you are if for you it is right that a man would starve on the corner of a street as if this is a punishment because he is poor, like if the poverty is a guilty, like if these people desired to be poor.
And it is unbelieveble that the right doesn't understand a very simple concept, and so, we ask to them: Do you really think that the economic élite, alone without State Intervention, will allow to other men, to the majority of the society, to decrease their economic power and so their privileges?
I want see you in your eyes and see if you can responde sincerilly: "Yes, employers and rich will let the workers deprive their privileged or will accept a bargain with the workers to decrease their privileges!"
Well... collegues, if the world and the "invisible hand" worked in this sense, today we would not be here to debate for such reforms!"

MessageAdriano Manfrin, ULD:

Let me explain why this bill is garbage:
1st article: child benefit.

This is a great, or terrible, rather, start. Basically, you give the poor an unfair and unjust privilege.
Next.

2nd article: employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.

Now, our party is divided on this one: although we believe that strikes are a hit at the nation's economy, we also believe that it is a civil right, and we are a party that promotes freedom. And we cannot forget that strikes are efficient, so points for wiseness. We support the current state.

3rd article: minimum income.

Let me explain why we believe that the current state is pretty fair (although it could be shifted to become more liberal); students and recently unemployed. And those that recently turned 18. We believe that those three groups should be granted minimal income for a limited amount of time, however increasing the amount of those unfairly subsided to the states negatively impacts the economy.

4th bill: retirement age

This is the worst. Just the worst, really. You know what is the percentage of those that retire when they're given the chance. This will just tire our economy, as the entirety of this bill. I don't think that I even have to explain this one.

5th bill: housing:

Oh... Oh no no no no no. You are so wrong, colleagues. This is a hit on the market from which I hail, so this really hurts me. This will harm the market, it will reduce the area, as public housing will need to be built (unless you want to buy it, which would be even worse) and, obviously, spending. Additionally, the documents for this are really easy to get illegally...

So, in conclusion, this bill is just wrong, and so is the premise of your party. Additionally, the voters were wrong. The ones that supported you, obviously.

MessageNo surprise about the judgment of you "liberal democrats", the electors understood it well: you talk about the good of the market, we talk about the good of the people. The market it's just a mean, and we can do with it everything we want to make it profitable for the many and not for the few.

MessageAdriano Manfrin:

Did your investitions fail in your younger days, Mr Prime Minister? or is there another reason for your hate for the free market?

And, just to let you know, we, the "liberal democrats", fight for the people more than you, the "communists" do. We fight for liberty, for freedom. We, as a party, but also a union of business people donate money to charity: we build schools, we fund tuitions for students. We believe that people should help those that want to achieve something, that actively work to gain the most they can. the system of the "select few" ruling the market is great: it makes the market competitive. People need to work hard. They need to work hard and be ambitious to gain anything.

Making something for everyone is theft and the lack of justice; why should something for which a person or a group of people worked for be the property of others?

MessageGianluigi Ricollo, PNI/PNP Speaker for Finance,

We strongly support the child benefits, and it would have been even in the previous coalition a government proposal as it provides for those which are not capable for consent - children. Everything else in this bill is beyond our understanding as lowering the retirement age in an era of such advanced medicine is worse than stupidity, it is ignorance and an insult to Istalian healthcare.
