INTRO In order to promote financial markets, we propose the following: ARTICLE I: The government shall operate a Central Bank, hereafter “Gwarchodfa Gweriniaeth Banc Aloria” (Republic’s Reserve Bank of Aloria.) However, certain essential governmental agricultural and home loan services operated by government programming shall continue to be contracted to government-supervised Departments at private banks. |
