Bill: Reformation of the Executive Branch Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: The Liberal Democratic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4340

Description[?]:

This bill is drafted to keep developing this nation towards a brighter future. This bill would make more seats in the Presidum which allows for a more accurate depiction of our population while creating an easier way for all parties but especially the smaller parties to receive a larger number of votes while also allowing the larger parties to do the same. To fit this new number of delegates a new capital has been set for construction of the new building. Names and powers for head of government was changed due to confusion between PM and Pres who are usually 2 officials of 2 different countries with the same power.

MessageMr. Speaker,

while we are willing to accept the proposed change of the executive, we pose ourselves serious questions about this proposal.
Why should we change the nation's capital? Is there any reason other than the one stated in the description of the proposal?
LNC is against the proposed change of seats in the Presidium. We currently have enough MPs, so there is no reason to raise that number. Also, the number of seats makes it easy for all of us to see the development of voting.

Currently, we have to oppose.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We believe the nation's representation within the current Presidium is fine as is, as well as the executive. We also don't see a need to change the location of the nation's capital. As it stands, we do not support this reform.

MessageMr. Speaker,

we're unsure about this. This means that there would till be a President, since that law isn't changed?
