| The Istalian Republic highly concerned with the ongoing conflict between the Free State of Malivia and the United Kingdom of Narikaton and Darnussia, alerted by the escalating aggression and the threat of international conflict which could infringe stability, integrity, and sovereignty of States affiliating themselves with the World Congress and identifying themselves as peace-loving Nations, and possible spread of the conflict to other territories, decides what follows: • The Republic of Valruzia declares absolute and incontestable solidarity with the People of Malivia and democratically elected Government of Malivia and recognized it as the only legal representation of the Free State of Malivia. • The Istalian Republi strongly condemns the United Kingdom of Narikaton and Darnussia which deliberately took actions with a precisely defined aim of escalating tensions between the Free State of Malivia and the United Kingdom of Narikaton and Darnussia. Istalia condemns provocative practices of the United Kingdom of Narikaton which led further escalation of the conflict. Simultaneously, the Istalian Republic confirms the legality of the preemptive strike of the Free State of Malivia carried out to secure the integrity and sovereignty of the State. • The Istalian Republic strongly condemns the Republic of Dorvik for its engagement in the conflict and actions deliberately taken to foment the conflict. • The Istalian Republic offers full support for the Free State of Malivia and offers the deployment of Soldiers of the Land Forces, Defense Navy, Defense Air Force, and Special Forces of the Republiv of Valruzia to cooperate with the Free State of Malivia and protect the vital and critical elements of Malivia's territory and strengthening the national defensive capacity. • The Istalian Republic offers the deployment of 75.000 Soldiers of the Army of the Republic and appropriate equipment and the engagement in support of Malivia of the 3nd Strategic Aeronaval Group presents into the Istalian Military Base in Malivia (1 Aircraft Carrier Fortezza Class, 3 Missilistic Cruisers Imperator Class, 4 Destroyers Orizzonte Class and 6 Multipurpose Frigates Ciclone Class, 4 Attack Submarines (2 Ombra Class and 2 Matteo Madei Class). • The Istalian Republic will send also part of the 4th Strategic Aeronaval Group based in Valruzia (1 Aircraft Carrier Fortezza Class, 1 Missilisstic Cruisers Imperator Class, 5 Frigates Ciclone Class, 2 Attack Submarines Matteo Madei Class) • The Istalian Republic reserves the right to send 1 or 2 Strategic Submarines (SSBN) Vittorioso Class as deterrent effect. • Aforementioned units and equipment will be deployed after appropriate approval of the Government of the Free State of Malivia. • Aforementioned untis and equipment, except the Strategic Submarines (SSBN), will be made available to the Malivian Armed forces and the Istalian Contingent Command Staff will work alongside the Malivian Defence Staff to respond to the Malivian needs. However, the Istalian Command Staff will retain the right to object and to veto in the use of the istalian forces in any operations if estimed as too dangerous for the men and the equipment of the contingent.
