Mohamed El-Sizi, LP: "Mr Speaker, Solidarity is the key word for a fairer world, for this reason we ask to the parliament to support this bill which goes toward those who cannot affords the cost of a private vehicle as well as of the public transport and so offering them a way to have more equal opportunities. Because, for example, also having problem to pay the public transport to reach the work place could be a factor which could affect the opportunity for many people who cannot afford the cost. Thank you" |
