Description[?]:
People of this Kongres, Our healthcare system is failing and many people do not have access to the current healthcare system, which is a risk for our nation. To fix this problem, One Nation is introducing the Accessible Healthcare Act. otherwise known as SpencerCare after our glorious leader, Staatspresident Markus Spencer who aided in drafting this bill. The implementation of SpencerCare will see the establishment of a new healthcare voucher system (1000 SAD annually for each family, any leftover money will be deposited in a healthcare savings account to be used when needed) the condemnation and criminalisation of abortion as well as gender reassignment surgery, a free-contraceptives scheme, free child vaccinations with an opt-out option, a 35% tax on marijuana (goes towards local government revenue) and relaxed smoking laws as new studies are providing more evidence to why smoking is good for you. SpencerCare will greatly improve the healthcare system and we look forward to implementing this fantastic bill to allow Saridan to have the greatest healthcare system in the world.
