Bill: Digital Innovation Act, 4340

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberale Volkspartei

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 4341

Description[?]:

Herr Präsident,

it is time that our country steps out of the digital stone age and finally opens the internet to competition-driven innovation, as other comparable countries have been doing centuries ago. The current, hopelessly outdated quasi-state monopoly is shutting us out of the global race for digital leadership and should be scrapped in favor of a more modern approach.

Robert Matsuyama, MdR (LVP - Budenlar)
Wirtschaftsminister
