Description[?]:
Members of Congress, Much as many of us may not like it, in our modern world telephone connection is for the most part an essential service. Without a working telephone one cannot bank, one cannot shop online, one cannot join organisations, and one cannot even apply to some jobs. Much as we may disagree with it, the norm in the world is for services to expect all people to have a mobile or landline telephone on which their customers can be contacted and those who cannot currently afford it they miss out on a lot.
