Description[?]:
Members of Congress, Not only is the death penalty against the Baltusian Declaration of Rights (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=533351), specifically Article 1 which has been altered to "All Baltusians who want the right to life shall be guaranteed it." (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=545962 and http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=546408) (OOC: Please note that Baltusian RP law is only advisory), but it also is hypocritical to say that it is wrong to kill whilst saying that the punishment should be death.
