Bill: RP: End of Darnussian-Narik-Malivian War and End of Ministerial Council for the Leadership of War

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hosian-Konservative Allianz

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4342

Description[?]:

Dated: November 2nd, 4337 (OOC: Yes, back-dated)

The Dorvish Republic (OOC: at the time) has signed the "Treaty of Ghacrow" which can be found here (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7796&start=10#p128637) (OOC: Partially completed post.) and officially combat operations have ended in the Darnussian-Narik-Malivian War.

The Ministerial Council for the Leadership of War has mandate to handle the State Commissariat "Darnussia and Narikaton" until the projected end of the re-building effort in 4350, otherwise the Ministerial Council for the Leadership of War is otherwise suspended and assumed and inherit power is returned to domestic authorities.

In the wake of future conflicts or wars, the Ministerial Council for the Leadership of War will be activated and respective persons will be placed. (OOC: As a note, I will further expand on the Ministerial Decree's issued, they will be found on the wikia.)

MessageOOC: So, who won? It is rather vague ... Malivia left N&D and had to pay but the Thaller monarchy is gone and N&D destroyed. Malivia has to give up ships and rebuild their army.

What is the result for the other involved nations? Has Dorvik faced massive casualties? Anti-war protests? A weakening of power? Or are we stronger than ever with victory parades?

MessageOOC: Considering that I ran this war by myself, not even having the two involved countries post. Thing's will take some time to iron out, you're welcome to approach me privately and share your thoughts, but otherwise things are still being processed.

We won. The Northern Council (Luthori, Dorvik, Hutori, Kazulia) is an insane power-house and the Malivian forces stood no chance against us. We incurred casualties, nothing "massive". MBites, the player in N&D wanted to change to a Presidential system (alebit modified) and the Malivians (Corvo) agreed to basically get their eggs crushed in a basket just enough to create future RP where they're bitter about their defeat.

Malivia was beaten from Darnussia (mainland of Narikaton and Darnussia) by a joint Luthorian-Dorvish force. Dorvik now setup essentially a puppet government in the form of the State Commissariat "Darnussia and Narikaton" which will manage the RP of re-building N&D as well as working to continue to build tensions for the eventual 2nd Terran World War.

As for anti-war protests, seeing as the war was over in 8 months and we rapidly beat the Malivians and are going to see RP-wise, massive economics gains, I'd say that we came out on top not on bottom.

MessageOOC: Good to know. Wasn't sure if this was an Iraq "mission: accomplished", a First World War "victory", or a "Desert Storm" victory.

From the sound of it, soon we can get those Dorvik t-shirts sporting "Dorvik: Back-to-back world war champs"

MessageOOC: Yeah, I've been dealing with trying to manage the storyline to the war alongside making all the posts. Eventually I'll have a wiki page up and running and I'll make sure everyone knows about it and we can go from there. We've been done with the war for about 3 years now, it ended in 4337 and was a major reason why the monarchist sentiment ran so high.

This was like a...Nationalist Spain over Republican Spain victory. Except with less Franco.

Well whenever this "2nd" (we've had like 9810923921893473187489132790412 World Wars in PT) Terran World War starts, we're breaking those shirts out.
